Rules and regulations of the Polish language course: The Multicultural Center in Warsaw is organizing free Polish language lessons as a second language. Every enrollment opening and term of the course will be announced on the website: www.centrumwielokulturowe.waw.pl
Enrollment for the course:
Applications for the course can be sent by the online form or at the Multicultural Center in Warsaw (ul. Jagiellońska 54).
By signing the agreement the participant declares that he/she has read the rules and regulations of the course.
Assignment to particular groups will be determined by a written test and a qualification meeting with the lector.
Beginner level courses do not require qualification tests.
The collected personal data will only serve for administrative reasons and for internal reports of the Center.
Course Organization:
Courses organized by the Center are completely free of charge. This offer includes:
- Polish language lessons
- Materials used during the lessons
- Qualification test
The participant is obliged to take part in at least 75% of the held classes.
If the classes aren’t held at the fault of the Center (absent teacher, technical malfunctions and other reasons) the Center will organize a substitute or the lessons will be postponed until a new term is found that is satisfactory for the participants.
The course ends in a test to check the participants improvement.
Achieving a positive score on the test (at least 65%) and having at least a mean of 75% of class attendance qualifies the participant to a higher level course and to receive a diploma that verifies their participation and the completion of the course.
Participant obligations
All interested can take part in the courses as long as they fulfill the following requirements:
The participant has read and is aware of the courses rules and regulations.
The participant has signed a form obliging them to participate.
The participant has systematically attended the lessons, takes an active part in them and completes homework assignments and tests in a satisfactory manner.
The participants are obliged to show up to the lessons on time, while the lectors are obliged to start and end them in a timely fashion.
