Climatarian Indian cooking workshop
Can comfort food save the planet?
We think yes – one vegetable stew at a time.
Join us on 4 November at the Intercultural Centre (Warsaw) for a hands-on Climatarian Cooking Workshop inspired by Indian cuisine.
Together we’ll explore how to cook in harmony with Earth’s rhythms — balancing flavor, mindfulness, and sustainability.
You’ll learn:
Why Indian cuisine is naturally climatarian (plant-forward, spice-rich, zero-waste)
How to layer spices the traditional way — building aroma, not just heat
How to turn overripe bananas into golden fritters (Kerala-style)
How to create a silky coconut vegetable stew using fresh curry leaves
Bring your appetite for food, lunchbox and curiosity for culture – you’ll leave with both full.
